Habari
I'm Princely, from Mwanza. I study at UMCS in Poland and I live here. Naitwa Princely, natoka Mwanza. Ninasoma UMCS nchini Poland na ninaishi hapa.
I help Tanzanian families apply to Polish universities — the applications, the visa file, and being here when your child arrives.
Asking questions costs nothing. Kuuliza maswali ni bure.
No university pays me. Hakuna chuo kinacholipa.
You would be the only person paying me. That's why I'll tell you if I think Poland is the wrong idea. Wewe pekee ndiye utakayenilipa. Ndiyo maana nitakuambia kama nadhani Poland si sahihi kwenu.
I'm here. Nipo hapa.
Not a call centre in another country. When an application goes quiet, I can call the university myself. Si ofisi ya simu nchi nyingine. Ombi likikaa kimya, ninaweza kupiga simu chuoni mwenyewe.
I did this myself. Nilipitia mwenyewe.
My own applications, my own visa, my own residence card, with nobody to ask.
The real problem Tatizo halisi
The hardest part isn't the application. It's the silence. Sehemu ngumu si maombi. Ni ukimya.
You send the documents. Nothing comes back. The international office doesn't answer email. The deadline moves closer, and you don't know whether your child has been forgotten or rejected. Unatuma nyaraka. Hakuna jibu.
That's the actual problem, and it's the reason people pay someone here to handle it. Hilo ndilo tatizo halisi, na ndiyo maana watu humlipa mtu aliyeko hapa kulishughulikia.
How it works Jinsi inavyofanyika
From the first application to the first week in Poland Kutoka ombi la kwanza hadi wiki ya kwanza Poland
We talk first Tunaongea kwanza
Your child's results, what they want to study, what you can spend. If Poland doesn't make sense for your family, I'll say so before you pay anything.
Applications Maombi
Choosing the programmes, preparing the documents, arranging translation where a university needs it, submitting everything. Then following up until the offer letter comes. Kuchagua kozi, kuandaa nyaraka, kupanga tafsiri pale chuo kinapohitaji, na kuwasilisha kila kitu. Kisha kufuatilia hadi barua ya kukubaliwa ifike.
The visa Viza
The documents for the embassy, the financial proof, insurance, the study plan, and getting your child ready for the interview.
Arrival Kufika
University accommodation booked before the flight. Then the first week — SIM card, bank account, registering the address, the residence card, finding the university.
Cities Miji
Where you could study Unaweza kusoma wapi
You are not tied to one city. These are the places Tanzanians most often end up, and where you can study in English.

Why it's split in two Kwa nini malipo yamegawanywa
You pay for the applications when I do the applications, and for the visa when we start the visa. You're never paying for work I haven't started. Unalipia maombi ninapofanya maombi, na viza tunapoanza viza. Hulipii kazi ambayo bado sijaanza.
What I can't promise Nisichoweza kuahidi
-
I can't promise your child admission. Siwezi kuahidi mtoto wako atapata nafasi chuoni.
-
I can't promise a visa. Anyone who promises you that isn't telling you the truth. Siwezi kuahidi viza. Anayekuahidi hivyo hakuambii ukweli.
-
I won't tell you Poland is right if I don't think it is. Sitakuambia Poland ni sahihi kama sidhani hivyo.
-
No university pays me a commission. Hakuna chuo kinacholipa kamisheni.
Start with a question, not a payment. Anza kwa swali, si kwa malipo.
Tell me your child's results and what they want to study. I'll tell you what I think. Nitakuambia ninachofikiri.
I usually reply within a day. I'm a student and I work, so evenings and weekends are fastest.
